Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Legit ITALIAN!!! @ great price Large pizzas are so huge and tasty for the price; authentic italian. Chef salad is also very good w the HAM ROLL they make. Only downside is the wait for food is normally 25 mins ... So get there early or call ahead. If they had BEER it would be that much better. Still cheaper and better then mellow or papa johns !!

Our first time ordering from Vinnys. It was outstanding! Will be putting them on speed dial. The toppings were fresh and very generously portioned. The pizza was huge. The crust was perfect.

Ordered a pizza on the recommendation of my son. It was great. Will definitely order from Vinnys again.

Ordered a meatball sub for the wiff and a Philly cheese steak for me. Both were excellent. The Italian rolls that Vinny uses are always fresh and tasty just as all the ingredients are. Cost me $20 for two sandwiches but they are quite large. (I can easily knock down a foot long Subway but can only do 1/2 of Vinny's subs). Vinny has reliably good pizza and sandwiches. This was my fourth visit and wifey & I have not been dissatisfied yet!

Located in same building with gas station. There is no permanent building sign. They opened at 12 and we arrived at 1pm on a a sunday. There was no one else around. One employee was eating some of the pizza by the slice. We didn't even realize she was an employee until later when she finished eating and then helped make our order. Our order came out. The lady brought it to us and then gave us some paper plates (it seemed like an afterthought). She never spoke or smiled. The guy was just a touch on the friendlier side. The pizza was 18" and the cheap paper plates were too small for the slice. We weren't offered or given any silverware. I just got some out of a plastic cup on the counter. The paper plates were too flimsy. Th pizza was good. It wasn't great. The bread/pizza crust was good. Hand made prepared pizza that tasted good. We went because of the 7 yelp review with 5 stars. We did not have a 5 star experience. There was a complete lack of atmosphere and friendly welcome feeling. This would be a place I would recommend calling for pick up/take out of a large sized good pizza.

Pizza was pretty big...you get a lot of pizza for your money! We had to ask them to cut it smaller for the kids. The wings were ok, but the sauce was not coated well on the bbq wings, only reason I rate it 3/5 is because I have had better. But I would definitely order again if I'm back in town...it beats your average Domino's or Pizza Hut any day!

Pizza is good, service is good. I would have given this place 4 stars if the bottom of my pizza wasn't slightly burnt. I feel like they don't get many customers here it always seems empty but pizza tasted great to me and they were really friendly. They have these little fried eggplant bites that you can add to your pizza as a topping. Omg so good. Their restaurant definitely needs a little updating though. I would definitely come back here but call in advance because you could be waiting awhile if you order a large pizza when you get there

My husband and I were staying here in Panama City for our anniversary and were trying to decide where to eat for dinner. We saw Vinny's while we were driving around town, so I looked it up online and the reviews were very good!!! And now I understand why!!! The pizza is delicious!!! The crust was amazing!!! Everything was fresh and delicimous!!!!

First off, I will probably give them one more try. It wasn't great pizza but mediocre. The pizza's are very big which makes up for the cost. Pepperoni pizza was extremely salty. We also ordered a veggie and it was soggy and the veggies were diced into small bits. Makes me wonder if they are frozen? Cheese was adequate but not generous. The inner portion of the crust is very thin which is nice, but soggy. I believe it may have been under cooked. The outer crust is a big puff ball. Large outer crust and thick, very doughy. They started the sauce and toppings about 5" from the outside which leaves a lot of wasted dough. Like I said, may give them another shot, but will order small this time.

Let me preface by saying I'm local and was on a mini vacation in PCB and since moving down here I have yet to find any quality pizza places. New York style seems to be a concept that the panhandle just does not embrace and the few mom-and-pop pizza places that I had tried up until this point were nothing like what I grew up with in New York and PA. Then I discovered Vinny's. I literally opened the box and knew these guys were not from around here. I asked where the pizza maker was from and he said West Chester, Pennsylvania (suburb of Philly). That explains a lot. The pizza was incredible, quality ingredients made fresh, cooked perfectly and a crust that brought me back to being a kid. My cheesesteak experience in the panhandle mirrors the pizza fiasco. So, I decided to try a cheesesteak and was glad I did. This isn't Gino's or Pat's in Philly, but it was very good and on awesome bread (best hoagie roll I've had in the south) and I would definitely order again. I've lived here seven years and this place is the best, for any of you Yankees you need to hit this place up and for those who think Hungry Howie's or Pizza Hut is pizza, you need to order a pie and try REAL pizza. Now, the location is not the greatest. It's on the end of a gas station and not very well lit and I was certainly glad to be caring my .45 as I pulled up and walked in. Once inside, it looked like every little pizzeria up north, the employees were friendly and attentive, the place was clean and the food was superb. This place gets my highest recommendation and I will be driving the 25 minutes from home to pickup a pie. My only suggestion, the owner needs to install outside lighting that showcases their location and provides a little bit better sense of security. I could see the tourists and soccer moms driving on by because of the poor lighting and shady location, however, they do offer free delivery. Five stars! Thanks Vinny's!

We ordered pizza for a poker game, boy was that good! We had the philly cheese steak pizza and a pepperoni pizza! Both were delicious!!! Way better than any of the chains you can order from!!!!

I've never had a bad pie at Vinny's. It's a regular lunch stop for me and my coworkers. The pizza by the slice is quick and very reasonably priced, especially for the quality. The made-to-order pizzas are even better. They're always cooked perfectly, and consistently delicious. Make sure to plan ahead during the busy season -- pizza this good takes time, and Vinny's isn't a big place by any means. The service at Vinny's is great. Quick and to the point, but always courteous. This place is a local gem that brings a taste of New York down to the beach.

Sandwiches done right!!! Fresh bread that really holds the gear in. Wrapped up in a container with paper. Down to the pickle in a plastic bag. Classy.

Made my order with a nice girl. She answered all my questions and then told me delivery would be 1-1/2 hours. Fine, it's Saturday night during spring break. The pizza and appetizers arrived on time. I was impressed with all the food and it was hot and fresh. Worth the wait. Very good food.

Hands down the best pizza we've had in PCB and the meatball sub was also great. This was the second time we had delivery from Vinny's and once again it didn't disappoint. If you like NY style pizza - this is the place.

Saw the yelp reviews as i'm here on vacation. Great crust, fresh tomato sauce flavor. Solid pie. Really good key lime pie!

What great dinner! We were looking for Italian and take out and decided to try Vinnys. The service was super quick, and the food was delicious. We had the house salad (large), and one order of spaghetti with meat balls, that came with two garlic bread sticks. My wife and I headed home and split the salad and pasta. This dinner filled us both up. The prices were very reasonable, an excellent value and we'll be back soon.

The pizza it's great when you get it but what is really great about this pizza is that it tastes just as good heated up. By the taste you would never know its attached to a gas station. It's REAL NewYork pizza

I ordered Vinny's delivery, and I was pretty pleased with my meal. The person on the phone quoted me an hour, but my delivery guy showed up in closer to 45 minutes. I ordered the cucumber Greek salad and the traditional Stromboli. While the salad was just ok (fairly fresh, but very few, thin slices of cucumber), my Stromboli was perfect. Still warm and gooey, plenty of sauce to dip it in, and packed full of toppings. I would order from then again.

Came here tonight with family to dinner, and it was SO GOOD! I was moody from being hungry when we got there and by the time we left I was happy and satisfied. Service is relatively quick and the people are nice, and the food is worth the wait. This is hands down the best pizza I have EVER HAD. It's going to be hard to go back to eating local pizza where I live after eating the amazing food here. We each ordered our own personal size pizza and added a topping all for a really good price, and also one calzone for the table. OH MY GOSH this calzone was the biggest one I've ever seen for SUCH a good price. The food was so good, we didn't have left overs.

Was average pizza. Good fresh dough. Nice quantity of toppings. Got a large (which is really large ) meat pizza with banana peppers and total was $22 with tax. Still searching for a great pizza place. Not bad but nothing to write home about. We probably won't be back. Still searching for something closer to us that's awesome. Starting to think that is difficult in this area.

I do suggest this pizza place especially if you want a big pizza. The pizza was very fresh and right out of the oven. The employees were super nice and very friendly.
